1. The examinees who fail to pass the academic qualifications should provide the certification report of the authoritative organization when they get the reevaluation. Whether the examinees should be given the chance of re-examination or acceptation, they need to wait until the certification report is qualified.

Self –study examinations and online education undergraduates who can obtain a national recognition diploma before September 1st,2018 must be issued with a provincial self-study office of higher education(certification of self-examination results) or a certification issued by the online education university(graduation certification) in purpose for qualification check. Whether the examinees should be given the chance of re-examination or acceptation, the examinees need to wait until the check is passed.
